A Place at the Table
MISSION/PURPOSE:
By preparing and serving a weekly meal (Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.) for all who are in need, we, the faith community of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, strives to strengthen our own relationship with God and enter into meaningful relationships with our neighbors; doing so in a manner that will nourish both body and soul for all involved. We believe that by taking our “table” to the community, our neighbors truly will become our friends — and not merely objects of our concern. We will strive to care and share with a radical hospitality that will make the true spirit of the mission and ministry of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota our reality.
